I’ve taken a slightly weird route through computer science, UX, software delivery, engineering enablement, and now AI.
There wasn’t really a master plan. I just kept ending up near complicated systems, asking why they were complicated, and then trying to make them less annoying for the people using them.
At work, that has meant helping engineering teams plan and deliver better, untangling knowledge systems, improving workflows, and experimenting with AI tools to see which ones are actually useful.
I like the space between people and systems — where the process technically works, but everyone using it has quietly invented three workarounds. That’s usually where I start asking questions.
I have strong opinions about hot fruit, mostly that fruit was already doing perfectly well at room temperature.
At what ratio of whole nut to blended nut does something become peanut butter? How many failed tulips does it take before latte art becomes abstract expressionism?
I’m an overthinker, not a pessimist. Mostly, I like making complicated things clearer, more useful, and a little less frustrating for whoever is on the other side of them.

Jira contained important signals, but a list of tickets was not a shared operating picture. Scope readiness, capacity, dependencies, risks, and aging work needed to connect in a way that supported earlier decisions.

Led delivery-governance and enablement work across eight development teams, facilitated planning conversations, established reporting rhythms, and translated delivery signals into decision-ready context.
